Parents and Teachers- Actions YOU Can Take to Prevent the Spread of Germs in Your Home and in Schools!
Advising your children and students of these healthy tips is great, but may not be enough. Try implementing other fun ways to encourage healthy behaviors as it relates to the prevention of spreading germs in homes and at schools. Lead by example, have them act out the proper technique of coughing and sneezing, hang pictures in front of sinks reminding them to wash hands, etc. Get creative, and have some fun with it! Most importantly- let kids know NOT to go to school if they are sick, and if they don’t feel well to tell someone so they can get the medical care they need.
